Steeped in history, charm and scenery, Golden History Museums offers three locations perfect for your wedding or special event. Serenely nestled in Clear Creek Valley, the town possesses the laid back attitude and scenic beauty of a quiet mountain town. Yet its close proximity to Denver offers the convenience and excitement of the metropolitan area.
This three-acre ranch sits atop a ridge overlooking the south bank of the river. Home to nearly a dozen historic structures from the Pearce Ranch in Golden Gate Canyon, the park offers a pastoral setting for your setting with stunning views of Golden, Clear Creek, and the surrounding foothills. The Hay Barn and Stage makes an exceptionally quaint location for ceremonies, and the 1860s Reynolds Cabin is an ideal home base for busy brides preparing to walk down the aisle.

Set amidst an historic rose garden, along a babbling stream and shaded by the canopy of an ancient cottonwood, there is no better setting for a private reception than the Garden Terrace of Golden History Center. Inside the museum, intriguing galleries and modern facilities offer an exquisite respite from brief summer rain showers or cool mountain nights.
Capacity: 50 people
Built in 1867 and one of the oldest standing buildings in Golden, Astor House was built with hospitality in mind. The historic site served as a boarding house, hotel, and dormitory for visitors until 1970. Today, the museum interprets boarding house life from the turn of the twentieth century. The Victorian Parlor is ideal for small ceremonies and meetings, while the backyard gardens and gazebo are perfect for receptions and celebrations.
